A PDF file will be delivered to your email after purchase. This enables you to print as many and to whatever size you
need. Your local Staples, Kinkos, etc. can print larger sizes as you need.

The cabin plans are designed to standard NYS building codes and
specs. Plans include all standard layout information necessary to build.  It is still the owners or builders
responsibility to research and comply to all local building codes in their
area.  It is recommended that you check
with your local building department for their specific code requirements.

Check with your local building department for building permit requirements. The plans can be taken to a local architect for review and stamp if needed.

The material list are generated by the cabin model and are very detailed. As with any construction project it is always recommended to have your local builder or lumber yard review and do their own final take off to ensure the best availability and budget.
